5 Talking Points to Include | Why Call?

There is a lot of bad stuff happening in Congress that it’s overwhelming. When you record your call, make sure to list all of the issues you care about clearly so that the legislative assistants can log your comment. I am calling with these 5 talking points.

1. Stop the cuts to Medicaid (this hurts everyone’s availability to good, affordable healthcare)
2. Stop the war in Iran & Gaza (it’s Congress’ job to start and end wars)
3. Stop Big Tech’s power grab to ban regulation on AI for 10 years (see our series on AI for why this is awful)
4. Stop the Sale of Public Lands (a climate disaster and hurts indigenous tribal sovereignty) Republicans forced to remove this provision!
5. Stop Josh Hawley from attacking Latino-led immigration groups (see our action for more)
